Too wet. Could not flip these things. Made me glad my pan was seasoned well. Gave up and baked most of the batter in a cake pan. Tasted OK baked but was a nightmare to cook as intended.

Edit: this is not as good texture as the all flax tortilla! Stick to that one... don't eat this one... I'm having a bad time eating these.
Edit 2: they were so gross i couldn't keep eating them. I threw 2 out

I suffered. Too much water in this recipe. Had to dust with flax to roll out properly.
I did measure the water after and not before boiling so maybe it accounts for water evaporation
Chia may have also been insufficiently processed. Ground it together with flax meal. Try grinding chia first next time?
Used metric measurements.
